Term & condition

1.	The artwork should be in Press ready PDF ,format in CMYK with minimum 300dpi resolution. We process only in CMYK format. If there are any Spot colours in the artwork, it will be converted to CMYK. We cannot take responsibility for colour reproduction of RGB files.
2.	There should be 3mm bleed around the finished artwork.
3.	All prices do not include the costs of projects.
4.	If we receive incomplete files, corrupt files or files which are of inadequate quality to use for print or that are not set up to our specifications, then we will STOP on the turnaround until the problem is resolved.
5.	For over-sized Folders, we recommend that the job takes lamination if there is a solid image, otherwise the possibility of cracks on the spine is greater. So we don’t carry the consequences of the cracking if there is no lamination.
6.	Print processing will take approximately 5 to 6 business working days from the day after print ready artwork has been supplied correctly.
7.	Mobile Vision will send invoices solely by email. By submitting an order the Customer agrees to this form of invoicing.
8.	The Company shall incur no liability for any errors not corrected by the Customer where the Customer has been provided with proofs.
9.	Payment of goods.
	9.1. All goods shall be paid for at the time of order.
	9.2. No goods shall be dispatched until paid for in full.
10.	Should the Work be suspended or delayed by the Customer for any reason the Company shall be entitled to charge for storage.
11.	Mobile Vision is not responsible for content on the advertising material and web / e-commerce shop.
12.	Purchasers entering into transactions with the Vendor expressly warrant that they are authorised to accept and are accepting these conditions, not only for themselves but also as agents for and on behalf of all other persons who are or may become interested in the Vendors goods or products whether in whole or part thereof.
13.	If a job is placed after 3pm, we process the job on same day itself except for 1 day orders.
14.	Free Delivery up to 15 miles from Naas, Co.Kildare.
15.	Any shortcomings or defects in goods supplied must be notified to The Printing Press within 24 hours of delivery. Such goods must be returned in full to Mobile Vision for inspection and assessment within 5 working days of delivery.
16.	Mobile Vision retains all copyright for inclusive design until such time as the customer pays for in full the goods.
17.	Mobile Vision cannot take responsibility for damaged goods that have been accepted and signed for as being in good condition on delivery.
18.	Graphic design, logo design, Web design / E-commerce etc The works to be carried out shall be as set out in the Mobile Vision confirmation order email. By commissioning Mobile Vision to carry out work of any kind the Client agrees to these terms and conditions.
	Mobile Vision will only commence work on a Project after receipt of a non refundable, 50% deposit of the quoted Project fee from the Client. Mobile Vision reserves the right to take a midway payment of 25%. The final balance payment is to be made on completion of the website. The website will be switched to Live Mode once the Client’s remaining balance is paid in full.Mobile Vision shall expect the Client to carry out sufficient research which include checking that the website/idea/business will operate legally. It is important that the website is not in any way illegal.If we will make up to 5 attempts to contact the client by email using the email address or phone number specified when the client went ahead. If we do not receive a response to these attempts of contact the Project may be terminated, and the deposit will not be refunded. All hosting offered by Mobile Vision is limited to 200mb of website space unless otherwise stated in a separate contract. If your site requires more than 200mb of space we will advise of other hosting solutions and then cease hosting the site.
